Nose
very fruity, but somehow also dusty, fresh oak, somehow like sauna infusion birch, very direct grain, grass, green, country air, becomes sweeter, a little honey is added. I’m just thinking where I’ve smelled it before and somehow think of the Floki Young Malt a good 5 years ago.

mild and cool, a little honey, grain, then a good portion of pepper comes along
Finish
bitter, pepper, spice, honey, some fresh wood, but always somehow the association of sawdust.
