“Hudson Whiskey Back Room Deal is made with a mash bill of 95% New York rye and 5% malted barley. It was aged for a minimum of 3 years in new, charred American oak barrels. Meanwhile, ex-Hudson Whiskey bourbon barrels are sent to Scotland and filled with peated Scotch whisky. Once dumped, they return to New York and filled with the straight rye to finish maturation. This limited edition release is bottled at 46% ABV.”
