“This rum is made with true craftsmanship. The flesh of the pineapples is steeped in the Plantation Original Dark Rum, an aged rum. To bring out more aromatics the pineapple rind is then distilled with the Plantation 3 Star White Rum. These two rums are then blended together in barrel to integrate and create a wonderful true flavored rum. The Pineapple is present but subtle and is great for cocktail creations.” ~ Distillery notes
