Ron Serrano Oaxacan Mountain Tso’ok Rum 1.0L

Tsook is a high mountain rum from the Mixe highlands, a remote mountainous region in the Sierra Norte, east of Oaxaca. Its distilled from fresh cane juice using traditional craft methods. The indigenous people of Mixe successfully resisted the Spanish conquest and have maintained much of their ancestral culture. The local alcoholic beverage is not mezcal, but aguardiente, which is rum distilled from fresh sugar cane. Commercial rums come from byproducts of making sugar, and
